Locations and item locations found within in the game's main level, or accessible from it.
Note that when cardinal directions are mentioned, they are oriented with respect to the in-game compass/maps, with the red arrow on the map's compass pointing North. This is not with respect to the sun's rotation in-game, as using it would suggest a north direction that opposes the map's. Thus, the game's sun rotates in the opposite direction that one would think, rising in the west, and setting in the east.
The Coordinates for each location were obtained by looking at the coordinates displayed on the Digital Map item.
This map is a fan-made representation of the map, combining an aerial screenshot with icons to mark areas of interest. Click here to view the map with zoom controls.
This location is on the south-west edge of the map's boundaries, serving as the reasoning as to how to the player got into the research lab site.

The Satellites are given alphabetically named designations from B-Y, with 2 different naming conventions the player can switch between, being the NATO phonetic alphabet, and a seemingly made-up phonetic alphabet.
Satellite Dishes all share the same appearance, having a large concrete base, with a large Dish on top, which can swivel and pivot. There is a catwalk that leads up to the top of the base structure to a small server room housed inside the structure, where in which there is a Server and a Console inside.

The Transformers are located within small concrete shacks, all connecting back to a central unit via powerlines. The Transformers themselves are rectangular metal electrical units with a light and a button on the front.
The Transformers will slowly lose power over time. If one of the 3 transformers reach 0 power, all of the Base's power will go out. The player can press the button to cycle the Transformer and restore its power.
Transformer 2 has a shovel behind the transformer.

The Radio Tower is located near the center of the map, next to the Base.
The radio tower is a tall red and white metal structure, with 4 flashing red lights on top and a ladder to the top in the center.
The location is a small body of water, surrounded by a shore of sand. There is a small wooden dock on one side of the pond.
At the bottom of the pond, there is a stone slab that can be dug up, which contains a crudely engraved map.
The Bunker is located near the center of the map, next to the Base.
The Bunker is a small concrete structure that leads underground. It is made inaccessible by a set of locked doors, which lead into a single room with some props in it.
Unlike all other keypads around the Base, the Bunker's keypad input takes 5 numbers instead of 4.
The player can get into the Bunker by using the hook tool to grab the ALPHA_HIDEOUT keycard through the gap on top of the bunker to get past the first set of doors. Afterwards, there is a second keypad that requires the password changer to manually set the passcode.
Code for the first door is 83719, for the second one is 74916.
The cave is located near the north-west edge of the map, around Satellite Dish "R"
The Cave is a small opening in the side of a hill made out of rocks. Upon entering the cave, you soon find yourself blocked off by nesting material.
The cave serves as the spawn point for the Antibreather, and is also the location of a 3:33 AM event.
The cave can be opened by placing a pumpkin at the entrance, summoning Wolfgang. Upon entering the cave, there lies a dark entrance that you can only enter once you hold a light-source, like the lantern.
The deepest parts of the cave are made up of randomly generated tunnels. These contain Life Crystals that can be mined with the pickaxe.
The hole is accessible after or during a specific event. Editors please add details. [post 0.7]
It is located on the far west edge of the map, just west of Satellite Dish "Y".
The hole is an extremely deep concrete structure, the entrance covered by a metal grate. The Entrance is surrounded by a small concrete pad lined with fencing, one of the fences being bent to allow easy entry inside the fenced perimeter. On the concrete pad are a number of items and props. The hole emits a constant deep rumbling noise. The Hook item, as a well as a tile are obtainable here.
Using Sandbox mode to get out of bounds, at the very bottom of the hole there is a Soltomia. [pre 0.7]
It is located on the far east edge of the map, east of Satellite Dish "U".
The location contains the Rozital device which has the appearance of a strange capsule with a gear shaped housing, and it is resting between a set of rocks. Once the device has disappeared, the player can find a hamburger under where the device was. Using a shovel under where the device was unearths a skull item.
This location is on the very west edge of the map, just west of Satellite Dish "Y".
The location looks like the fence has been lifted up and stretched over a single tree. On the tree there is a default Unreal Engine text object stating: "fock off you dont see it forgor now you will die theres monster they eat you you die :gunbreather:". Despite this warning, there is currently no known consequences to leaving the fence boundaries through this hole. Using methods to glitch past the invisible wall is not safe, however.
It is located near the south-east side of the map, east of Satellite Dish "W".
The location contains a set of large stones arranged in a circle, like its real-life counterpart. It is surrounded by a large perimeter of fencing, which has no designated entry, the player must instead use props/items to access the location, or by jumping and vaulting a few specific parts of the fence. There is a scorch mark and a note, in the middle of the stone arrangement.
Stonehenge contains the Shovel item, and hosts the Hell event.
This structure was originally part of an Ariral space station. It ended up here due to a teleportation experiment gone horribly wrong. The structure features a rectangular room, with padded walls, a rectangular window, and an unknown device in the center. The outside has 2 support pillars holding up a domed ceiling. The floor is domed similar to the ceiling and has most of the same textures. Based on the structural damage it appears only a part of the full room was teleported and in a perfect sphere.
This location holds 4 total objects.
- 2 severed short Ariral legs
- 1 Ariral Gravity gun
- 1 sign, presumably the logo of the company operating the station.
It is located very close to the south-east edge of the map, amongst a patch of gravel and rocks.
The location contains a tipped over weathered green cabinet stuck between some large rocks. The cabinet is a rendition of SCP-432, it has a square slot with 9 holes on one side with a red square below it. There is a tile on the gravel nearby.
The Easter egg requires finding the 9 tile objects which serve as keys to open the cabinet.
This location can be found in the valley directly between Satellite Dishes "S" and "R".
It is a story mode event, and appears on day 8 (0.7+) or on day 10 (0.6.3 and before).
This location can be found on the south-east side of the map, directly between Satellite Dishes "P" and "V".
The location contains 2 Ariral ships, an extinguished campfire bellowing smoke, and a wooden structure being built between 2 trees. Over some days, the structure will become progressively more built until it is completed.
This location can be found on the south-east side of the map, directly between Satellite Dish "W" and "Stonehenge".
The location is on a concrete platform surrounded by fences. Inside the fenced perimeter is some minor loot and a metal hatch which is inaccessible to the player.
The player can climb into the perimeter by using the climb mechanic (Double tap jump while looking at the top of the fence).
There are some items and props scattered about the location. One notable item is a blueprint titled "test_0", which can be used with a Workbench to craft the buggy "weapon" prop. Another notable item is a paper on the metal table with text written on it in the German language. The text alludes to some sort of possessions left behind by the writer at the Co-ordinates X: 175.0, Y: -460.0.-old
Using sandbox mode to get inside contains a white small concrete bunker with body bags in some areas.
The location is a small wooden shack surrounded by some wooden fences. The shack's window and door are barricaded and the only entrance into the shed is a hole in the roof. Inside, there is some wooden debris scattered about.
There are several items/props within the shack, including an animal skull, a shovel, and a small red bush that gives off an EMF reading. Outside of the shack, but within the fenced perimeter, the player may find a "Fungi" item that the player can consume, which will cause them to experience hallucinations (Epilepsy Warning).
The player can climb into the shack by jumping onto the roof, or using the climbing mechanic (double tap jump while looking at a ledge). The player can get out by using the small bar that acts as a ladder by the opening they came in from.
It has also one 3:33 event.
There are 9 tiles scattered across the map.
The tiles are used to open SCP-432.

Several of them are scattered across the level, some requiring the player to use the Shovel item to dig them up, or trip a game trigger to obtain them.
The plushies are small representations of Argemia Armuntela, a creature of the Ariral species. The plushies come in several different colours.
These items are scattered across the map, with most being found around the base. Some may require the player to dig them up with the Shovel item, or trigger an event to obtain them.
The Chicken Burgers look like a small sandwich on round buns containing several toppings.

These items are scattered across the level, some requiring the player to use the Shovel item to dig them up, or trip a game trigger to obtain them.
These items are small objects that resemble a human skull,
Along with the regular 7, there is an 8th skull that can be found outside the map border underneath the tree on the large hill near Stonehenge. It can only be accessed in Sandbox mode by glitching outside of the border.
The skulls are used to perform the ritual in order to access the Hell location.

Player can use climbing mechanics to get over the fence at this point.
Box located right next to concrete pillar. It can be detected using metal detector.
It contains 8 unique signals named: space wind, speech, screeches,???, pulsar (?), unnamed, delete. Two signals using same name (delete), one of them contains an image of open mouth.
It is located towards the west edge of the map, directly west of Satellite Dish "Q'.
The location is a large patch of dark brown dirt, which contains a buried Radioactive capsule in the middle. The capsule emits a constant sound of a Geiger counter. There is a set of human bones laying next to the capsule.
Since update 0.7.0, capsule is required for Kerfur Omega
This location is its own level which the player is loaded into once triggered. One way the player can trigger this level load is by using a console, and immediately pressing "numpad ." which causes the player's camera to freak out. Once the player exits the console, the level load has a chance to trigger.
(eyewitness: I drowned and got there)
The location is a dark empty concrete maze of hallways, with elevation changes via holes in the ground.
A working way to get there has been found. It is necessary to run up and make a jump with squat into the pipe at the base (next to the servers). It works in version 6.3.
Another way to enter it in 7.0 is waiting in the underwater pipe at the NE corner of the map. Inside the maze, an unrecognized entity is sometimes spawned that immediately crumbles into two bones once becoming visible.
This location is its own level that which the player is loaded into once triggered. To access this location, the player must collect all 7 skull items and place them on the scorch mark at Stonehenge. After a moment, the skulls will begin to roll around in a circle, rising up into the air, before a black hole appears and sucks the player in, loading the level.
This location appears to be a dark dome made out of stone, with many rocks being scattered about. There is a small pool of red liquid in the middle, and several holes along the wall of the dome that are blocked by rocks.
